SMYRNA, Ga. (BFMG) — The aunt of a missing DoorDash driver is identified by name in an arrest warrant as the person who saw a man carrying a container that held a dismembered body at a Smyrna apartment complex.
The warrant (.pdf) names Michelle Weaver, whose family had been searching for 26-year-old Shanteria “Tia” Mosely, known to loved ones as “KT.” It alleges that Weaver saw Kingston Lammar Bradley, (18), carrying a plastic tub through an open area of Park Valley Apartments on Wednesday night, Sept. 23.
According to the warrant, Bradley dropped the tub on a dirt walkway and ran to a nearby apartment when he saw Weaver. Investigators found a dismembered human torso inside, the warrant states. Bradley is charged with felony concealing the death of another person.
Mosely’s family identified her Thursday. The warrant describes the remains as those of a person whose identification was pending when the document was issued; it does not identify Mosely by name.
The family said Mosely left home Wednesday morning to make DoorDash deliveries. It’s been confirmed KT’s DoorDash driver account was not used on September 23, 2026. In fact, she did not make any delivery on that night or any prior deliveries to this complex according to 11Alive’s Cody Alcorn who is following the case closely. What brought her to the complex remains unclear.
When relatives could not reach Mosely that afternoon, Weaver said, they tracked her phone, found her car at the apartment complex and searched the area. They also called police. Smyrna police said officers responded to a missing person call at Park Valley Apartments around 8:15 p.m.
Weaver said an officer accompanied the family to the area where Mosely’s phone had last registered and knocked on several doors. According to Weaver, the officer later left, but the family continued looking.
Weaver said relatives noticed men watching them from apartment windows and asked whether they had seen anyone leave Mosely’s car. Later, she said, they saw a man carrying what appeared to be a container wrapped in a bag or cloth.
“All we see is the boy … throwing a bag, like something with a cloth,” Weaver said. “It’s like a bag kind of cloth, like maybe a laundry bag, and it had like a container in it. He kind of threw it and he ran.”
The newly obtained Cobb County Magistrate Court warrant identifies Weaver as the witness to that encounter. It places the alleged incident between 8 and 8:28 p.m. Wednesday at 4590-M Valley Parkway SE.
According to the warrant, a search of Bradley’s nearby apartment revealed several areas of bloodstaining and a large, bloody saw. Investigators also reported a strong smell of bleach and found a mop, a bucket containing water and a carpet cleaner. Those findings are allegations in the warrant, which a judge issued after finding probable cause for Bradley’s arrest.
Records indicate 18-year-old Kingston Bradley has a violent history with Cobb County Magistrate Court ranging from former domestic violence cases and shoplifting.
Weaver said relatives recognized Mosely by a tattoo. She disputes any suggestion that officers located the remains without the family’s help and wants a fuller accounting of the initial police response.
“Don’t say y’all found her. Her family found her,” Weaver said. “Y’all left us to do it ourselves.”
Her description of the officer’s actions and remarks has not been independently confirmed. The arrest warrant identifies Weaver as the witness who saw Bradley with the container but does not describe the earlier interaction between the family and the responding officer.
Authorities have not announced a cause of death. The warrant charges Bradley with concealing a death; it does not charge him with killing Mosely. The investigation remains ongoing.
