SACRAMENTO, Calif. (BFMG) — Federal authorities are offering a $50,000 reward for information leading to the capture of a California man wanted in connection with the death of his partner and the disappearance of their two young children.
According to The Sacramento Bee, the FBI is offering up to $25,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Camron Lee, and another $25,000 for information that helps locate his children — Athena Lee, 5, and Mateo Lee, 3.
Sacramento police said they were called to a North Sacramento home just before 7:30 p.m. on July 8, 2024, where officers found Angelica Bravo dead. The couple’s two children, then 4 and 2, were missing from the home and have not been seen since.
An autopsy revealed Bravo suffered numerous abrasions and contusions on her head, face, torso, and extremities, as well as possible signs of smothering. Toxicology tests showed the presence of MDMA, MDA, and cannabinoids, but officials said homicidal violence could not be ruled out. Lee was later charged with her murder.
“Bravo’s family has suffered for over a year as they mourn the loss of Angelica and fear for the safety of Athena and Mateo,” said Sid Patel, special agent in charge of the FBI’s Sacramento Field Office.
Authorities are urging anyone with information about Lee’s whereabouts or the location of his children to contact the FBI or Sacramento police.
