SAN ANTONIO (BFMG) — Authorities in Bexar County are searching for a 19-year-old woman who was last seen leaving her home early Wednesday morning in northwest Bexar County.
Camila Mendoza Olmos, 19, was last seen at approximately 6:58 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 24, 2025, in the 11000 block of Caspian Spring, according to the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office.
Surveillance video from the residence shows an individual believed to be Camila searching inside her vehicle for an unidentified item shortly before disappearing from view. Investigators believe she left the residence on foot, as her vehicle was left behind at the location.
Camila’s mother told authorities that Camila typically goes for morning walks but became concerned when she did not return within a reasonable period of time.
Authorities say the only items believed to be in Camila’s possession are her car key and possibly her driver’s license.
On Monday, authorities say they may have uncovered a new video of Camila captured by a neighbor in the area captured on a dashcam in the same area and around the same time. While they say they are not certain the video is Camila, they are asking anyone with any information to come forward.
They are urging others in the area to check their surveillance for any possible sightings of Camila and to contact law enforcement, even if you are unsure.
Camila is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing approximately 110 pounds. She was last seen wearing a baby blue and black hoodie, baby blue pajama bottoms, and white shoes.
According to the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office, they are consider her endangered due to her age and past circumstances related to her mental health and ongoing stresses in her life at the time of her disappearance.
KABB spoke with Camila’s father who says he just spoke to his daughter the day before she became missing and nothing seemed out of the ordinary. He described her as humble, loving, kind and says she was a daddy’s girl. He says his faith and prayers from so many in the community and around the world are keeping him going as he credits local and federal authorities in their search efforts.
